"Power" Watch Party & Fandom Experience Debuts this July with Return of the Hit Starz TV Series

WASHINGTON - July 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Fans of the hit Starz television show, "Power" are invited to attend a thematic, branded experience for the premiere of its third season at the Historic Kappa House located at 1708 S St NW, Washington, DC on Sunday, July 17.

According to Variety.com, in season two "Power" reached  more than 1.4 million viewers, attracting the attention of men and women alike. This Power Watch Party Series will feature three levels of music, screening rooms, panel discussions, Q&A, speciality cocktails inspired by main characters from the show and gourmet tastings by TTC Private Chefs (Capital Solstice). With fandom experiences growing in popularity, the founder of VanDaBry LLC, DC's Ultimate Power Watch Party Series and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, Dr. Gregory Banks has been following the show since its debut and hopes to use this opportunity to also engage communities in meaningful civic and social causes.

"A portion of our proceeds will be donated to the African American Museum, so for the next 10 weeks my goal is to bring together like-minded individuals who not only share a common interest in the show, but also support the work happening in our community," says Banks.

With Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson as one of the executive producers of the show, the return of this anticipated drama has fans making bold predictions of this season's arcs and pitfalls. Particularly, the future of James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), a conflicted kingpin turned club owner who is challenged by his relationship with his wife, Tasha (Naturi Naughton) and his mistress, Angela (Lela Loren), a federal attorney who happens to be investigating a case that has led directly back to him and his business partner, Tommy  (Joseph Sikora).

As pandemonium about the show ensues, fans can expect each panel to cover the show's recaps and explore conversations around fashion, relationships, sex, temptation and redemption.
