Dominion Builders Celebrates Completion of El Churrasco Restaurant Renovation

MIAMI - July 1, 2016 - PRLog -- After seven months of design and construction, Dominion Builders is enthusiastic to announce the completion of its renovation of El Churrasco, an Argentine steakhouse, located at 801 Brickell Bay Drive.

The much-anticipated steakhouse, owned by Rodeo Angus LLC, which is linked to the Martiarena family of Argentina, will host the restaurant's private grand opening on July 8. Rodeo Angus LLC signed a multi-year lease with California's Black Lion Investment Group, which purchased the restaurant space in late 2015 for $10.2 million.

Dominion's design/build turn-key solution assisted the owners with licensing, design and construction services with architectural support provided by Burton Hersh, PA. The project involved an adaptive reuse of materials for cost-effective purposes and a speedy opening.

The 14,000 square-foot restaurant, with a seating capacity of 250, has an Argentinian rustic ranch ambiance with custom railing panels featuring the company's ranch hand logo laser-cut into the panels with an artisan finish to resemble corten steel. Customers will enjoy the finest angus meat directly imported from San Carlos, Argentina, combined with extraordinary wines from Spain and unique coffees from Colombia.
