Donna Greenspan Solomon Appointed to Fla Supreme Ct Comm on Std Jury Instructions - Contract & Bus

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - July 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Donna Greenspan Solomon, Esq. has been appointed to the Florida Supreme Court Committee on Standard Jury Instructions - Contract and Business Cases.  Ms. Solomon will serve an initial three-year term on the Committee beginning on July 1, 2016.

In June 2013, the Florida Supreme Court approved a set of standard jury instructions for use in contract and business cases proposed by the Committee.  The Committee is working on revisions to comply with recent rule amendments to the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration and Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
