MONTEREY, Calif. - June 30, 2016 - PRLog -- WSN, the leading online news magazine devoted to women's sports, has announced that U.S. Women's National Team athlete, Aubree Munro, has joined the team as a featured blogger. Munro joins fellow female athletes Ally Carda, Lacey Waldrop, Rachael Adams, Katie Holloway, Jenny Gilbert, and Meghan Maiwald in working with WSN to reach the most influential demographic of consumers, expose themselves to worldwide brands; and communicate with fans, both current and prospective. Her blog titled, "Catching Up"  (http://wsn247.com/author/munro/), will include a behind-the-scenes look at Aubree's life as an international/professional softball player and role model.

About Aubree
Aubree is finishing her degree in Telecommunications at the University of Florida and is graduating in May of 2017. She completed her eligibility as a Gator in spring of 2016 and is a current member of Team USA and the USSSA Pride of National Pro Fastpitch. Her previous accomplishments include: 2x WCWS National Champion (2014, 2015), WCWS All-Tournament Team (2014, 2015), 3x SEC Conference Champion (2013, 2015, 2016). She was a 2016 2nd Team All-SEC selection as well as a 2016 first team All-Region Selection.

Aubree was named to the US Women's National Team in January 2016. The USSSA Pride selected Aubree as the 39th pick of the NPF draft on April 14th 2016.
