High Purity High Flow Diaphragm Valves

ONTARIO, Calif. - June 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Truelok® Valves and Fittings now present two new series of diaphragm valves. High Flow Diaphragm Valve DVNHF series and Ultra High Flow Diaphragm Valve DVNUHF series for semiconductor and instrumentation industries for their gas delivery systems. These series provide superior control of gases and liquids under high flow conditions where absolute purity is critical. The main feature of these valves are as follows

·      Low sulfur high purity 316L VAR material facilitates welding, electropolishing and corrosion resistance
·      Internally springless and threadless
·      Aerodynamic shape , with fully swept flow passages
·      100% helium leak tested
·      Minimal particle entrapment and generation areas

Manually operated high flow valves are offered in various Cv values and end connections. Truelok® DVNHF series valve has a working pressure of 270 psig ( 18.96 bar) with a temperature rating of 14°F to 176°F and flow coefficient (Cv) 2.8. Available connections are male face seal, female face seal and butt weld in size 1/2'', 3/4'' and 1''. Purge port and monoblock configuration available.

Truelok® DVNUHF series valve are offered in face seal and tube butt weld connections in sizes of 3/4'', 1'', 1-1/2'' & 2'' with a working pressure of 270 psig (18.96 bar) and temperature rating of 14°F to 176°F, flow coefficient for ultra high flow diaphragm valve (DVNUHF) is 10. Purge port and monoblock configuration available.
