LA-Based Power Broker Duo Joins Kennedy Wilson Brokerage

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. - June 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Jordan Rubinstein and David Pressberg, two influential commercial real estate professionals in Los Angeles, have joined the brokerage team at Kennedy Wilson, a global real estate investment company. Previously with Century Park Realty, the move expands Kennedy Wilson's foothold on the tenant representation side, and lengthens the firm's list of nationally recognized clientele and expanding brands. The team will relocate to Kennedy Wilson headquarters in Beverly Hills.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, both Rubinstein and Pressberg are third generation real estate experts, with their families solidly entrenched in the Los Angeles real estate industry. This ongoing legacy has served as a foundation for a rich background on the evolution of real estate in LA.

About two and a half years ago, Rubinstein founded Century Park Realty, Inc., a Los Angeles-based boutique real estate startup focused on improving the traditional real estate brokerage model and providing a full suite of in-house services to their clients, including investment management, while prioritizing the level of service and professionalism.

As managing director under the Century Park Realty banner, Rubinstein handled business development, finance, legal and other day-to-day operations for the firm. Rubinstein is a member of the California State Bar and a licensed attorney. He was formerly an attorney for the Century City law firm of Green & Marker, handling real estate transactions and litigation on behalf of several major Los Angeles-based landlords, property management companies, and high profile commercial and residential developers.

Pressberg, who joins Kennedy Wilson as a retail expert, was responsible for Century Park Realty's retail brokerage division and was instrumental in establishing the broad reach of the organization in such a short period of time. His career began in New York with The Shopping Center Group, formerly Northwest Atlantic, a go-to retail brokerage firm in the city. As an associate to a top producing retail broker, Pressberg was actively engaged in securing new locations for numerous national tenants.

Rubinstein earned both a Bachelors of Business Administration in Business and Marketing and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. Pressberg earned a degree in Real Estate and Business from the University of Arizona.
