MORENO VALLEY, Calif. - June 29, 2016 - PRLog -- The WE CONNECT organization has announced The Community Awareness Love Fest, an outdoor gathering of charities, local vendors, food, live entertainment and raffle opportunities to engage the interest and support of residents throughout the Inland Empire, set to take place at Community Park, 13380 Frederick St. Moreno Valley, CA 92553, on Saturday, August 13, 2016 from 10am to 6pm.

The goal of this event is to collaborate with a variety of public service agencies, community support benefits and other businesses within the boundaries of the region to not only bring awareness to services and programs offered by each city, but to engage them in actually fulfilling the needs of those who can truly benefit from their charitable missions.

The Community Awareness Love Fest is meant to not only introduce the WE CONNECT organization and its availability to the community, but also to recognize and honor those whose dedication to public service has continuously made an impact throughout Moreno Valley and the Inland Empire Community as a whole. The event program includes an award ceremony at 12 noon to honor Councilpersons, clergymen and public service providers who have continuously dedicated their time and service to change the lives of residents around them.

Papa John's Pizza of Moreno Valley is the official food sponsor for the event among others that will be recognized as they are confirmed. The funds raised during this charity event through sponsors, sales and donations will be used to build much needed programs such as:

·         School Patrol and Safety Services

·         Crisis Prevention Services

·         Career Building Education, Assistance and Resources

·         Mentoring, Field Trips and Activities for Youths and Teens

·         Housing and Eviction Support Programs

·         Personal Finance Education

In addition to the opportunity to meet face-to-face with service providers offering universal phone service, mentoring, counseling, discounted services and many more essential resources, attendees will receive goodie bags filled with promotional products graciously donated by sponsors, as well as the first edition of the 2016 Community Awareness Resource Guide. The guide will be a culmination of advertisement and agency directory listings targeted towards residents of the Inland Empire. The guide will continue to be available after the event by contacting the WE CONNECT organization directly.

The Community Awareness Love Fest, produced in collaboration with Community Now of Moreno Valley and Toni's Closet Foundation in San Pedro, is free to the public and expected to attract hundreds of attendees interested in what service providers, vendors and raffle opportunities have to offer.
