Women Entrepreneurs Get Help Taking Their Business Online

WASHINGTON - June 28, 2016 - PRLog -- For any company doing business today, setting up an online identity in today's digital world is essential. According to Inc.com, about 60 percent of very small businesses (made up of one to five people) don't have websites, according to a recent survey. For women in business to compete and grow, it is critical they get their business online.

Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) is releasing a series of e-guides to provide women entrepreneurs with the tools and guidance needed to help them create their online presence, increase their company's visibility and get in front of more potential customers and clients.

"It is hard to remember a day when we didn't have smartphones or the ability to connect to the Internet from wherever we may be. The Internet has become vital to modern life," remarked Lisa Firestone, Chair of WIPP's Board of Directors. "Growing a stable customer base and increasing revenue is critical to the survival and success of women-owned businesses, which is why it's so important that women entrepreneurs have the resources they need to navigate our new digital economy."

WIPP e-guide will simplify the process of taking your business online and walk women business owners through how to get started in three easy steps, while also providing tips on best practices to get the most out of your online presence. Click here to download the e-guide.
