The offer is running since beginning of Ramadan, what was the response so far? Alex replied," We know out of experience that such campaigns are well received by our clients. The feedback so far is very positive. We are using the visit of the Audi owners to engage and to speak to them about this offer. What is your waiting period exactly? Alex explained, "For Audi the waiting time is basically one day. You call today and the next day, latest the day after you can pass by with your car or avail our pick up service, which is also unique for an independent workshop. We have created manpower capacities as well increased stock levels of all essential parts to perform the announced offers without delays. Our Minor and Major service has found its place with most of our clients for majority of our brands and we have to deliver. In the current case, we offer an attractive enticement, which is highly valued by Audi owners".
