Tech Advisors named finalist in IT company's "Better Your Best" competition

MEDFIELD, Mass. - June 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Tech Advisors (www.tech-adv.com), a leading technology solution provider for small to mid-sized businesses, was recently named a finalist in Technology Marketing Toolkit's "Better Your Best" MSP (managed services provider) Marketing Showcase competition.  The winner, Joanna Sobran from MXOtech, was named at the organization's Boot Camp seminar, hosted by national consultant, trainer and author Robin Robins, and held recently in Nashville, Tennessee.

Every year Robins pick seven top clients out of an original pool of more than 800 to compete in the Better Your Best competition, with the winner serving as spokesperson for the company for the following year.  Each finalist is required to deliver an essay and presentation on their marketing campaign, and strategies and plans they used to generate significant leaps in sales, profits and new clients.  The presentations serve as a great teaching experience.

Tech Advisors was selected as a finalist in part because the firm went from $0/month in monthly recurring revenue to $62,162/month over the past year; revenues also increased by $159,611, which projects out to an increase in sales of $745,000/annually.  According to Tech Advisors CEO Konrad Martin, the company "went from virtually a standstill with only referrals generating new business, to a marketing engine that generated over 70 leads, closed 16 brand new MRR deals, and converted two existing clients to MRR."

Martin credits in part the strategy that "everything measured will improve, and everything measured and reported on will improve exponentially."  Additionally, he feels like whereas before Tech Advisors helped their clients take care of IT "symptoms," they now help their clients "take care of their overall health."

Earlier this year, Tech Advisors was also recognized for its growth by being named one of Boston Business Journal's "Fast 50," which names the 50 fastest-growing businesses in the region.
