Worthington Resource Pantry Announces Feed-a-Family Block Party Fundraiser July 22

COLUMBUS, Ohio - June 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Today, the Worthington Resource Pantry announced it will hold its annual fundraiser from 7 to 10 p.m. July 22 at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center, 100 Green Meadows Dr. S. in Lewis Center. This year's event, the Feed-a-Family Block Party, is an upscale block party for adults. Chris Bradley, chief meteorologist at WBNS 10TV, will serve as master of ceremonies for the event.

"This is a fun way to support the Worthington Resource Pantry and help our neighbors in need," said Jennifer Fralic, executive director, Worthington Resource Pantry. "We've changed up this year's event with a festive 'block party' theme at a new location. We hope the community will come out to enjoy themselves while raising awareness about hunger and need in our community."

The event, which is for adults only, features food trucks, signature cocktails, the Feed-A-Family live auction, a selfie photo station, giant lawn games, music from a guest DJ with song dedications, and other fun activities.

Tickets for the Feed-a-Family Block Party are $60 each, or for $150, a Front Porch Sponsorship may be purchased which includes two tickets along with a name or company name listed in the program.
