Core Team, Inc awarded annual service contract by national REIT

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - June 22, 2016 - PRLog -- CORE TEAM, Inc. is proud to announce it has been awarded a one-year contract to perform routine pressure washing services for a national REIT that specializes in shopping centers and retail properties. The service agreement includes quarterly hot-water, commercial pressure washing at six retail centers in the Carolinas. The financial terms of the contract award have not been disclosed, however the agreement includes annual renewal options as well as options to service additional assets controlled by the REIT along the East Coast.
