2016 "Happening List" Celebrates Winners in North Delaware!

WILMINGTON, Del. - June 20, 2016 - PRLog -- NorthDelaWHEREHappening.com is rolling out the 3rd Annual BLUE carpet on Thursday, June 23, 2016, from 7:00pm to 11:00pm at the Waterfall in Claymont, Delaware. Here, "The Most Happening" people of New Castle County, Northern Delaware, will gather to celebrate a plethora of LOCAL successes.

From Smyrna to Claymont, Hockessin to Delaware City, and all points in between, thousands of LOCAL North Delaware businesses, people, places, events and organizations were nominated for the 2016 Happening List awards. Voting ended March 1st and all Winners, Finalists and Nominees were officially announced as of May 10^th.

This is the most happening people's choice competition in the region. Centric to New Castle County, The Happening List (http://northdelawhere.happeningmag.com/happeninglist/) contest features 13 primary groups and 260+ localized people's choice categories. Groups include Beauty, Drink, Everything North DelaWHERE(Delaware), Food, Home, Kids, People, Pets, Places, Retail, Services, Wedding and Wellness.   All the usual categories within are listed. New categories to 2016 were ample - 90+ -  including, but certainly not limited to Food Trucks, Private Schools, Gourmet Market, Seafood Market, Grocery Store, Kid's Play Place, Travel Agent, Home Builder, Hotel, Movie Theatre, Public Relations, Recruiting/Career Services and many, many more!

Entertainment and special appearances will be plentiful throughout the evening including a special performance by the BullBuckers Band, 2016 Band Winner from New Castle and Sofi Tyler, her song "Monotony" is one hit from the family movie "High Strung" along with special appearances by Rose Buckley 2016 International Ms. Delaware, John & Charlie-Maxx CoHosts from WJBR-99.5 FMs Morning Show and Winners of Radio Personality as well as Kyle McMahon Huffington Post contributor, a 111/Warner recording artist K.Mac (Kyle Mac) currently working on his debut SchizoSONIC, 4 time guest on the Emmy winning Oprah's Lifeclass, with a recently signed a book deal  "MAN UP! Kids Runway for Research raises awareness and support for the Nemours Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders while providing childhood cancer survivors the opportunity to "shine".
