Sqaak expands membership by more than 100% in one week

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - June 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Sqaak, a new service created to provide electronic funding of real estate earnest money deposits, announced today that the membership of its broker group had increased more than 100% in conjunction with a referral provided by exclusive transaction software partner zipLogix.

"It was a great week for Sqaak", noted company president Chris Beadling "having great partners when you are launching a new idea is a great way to get traction.  We're very grateful for our relationship with them".

The announcement last week encouraged real estate brokers and escrow agents who handle the initial deposit funds in a real estate transaction to create a free account on the Sqaak.com site.  In the Sqaak process people buying a home can make their deposit online and then those funds are "claimed" by approved brokerage companies or escrow/title agencies when the terms of the purchase agreement have been accepted by both parties.

In conjunciton with the partnership announcement Sqaak also introduced a promotion whereby home buyers could use the service free for the remainder of June.  In the standard Sqaak model buyers pay a fee when they are transferring thier funds, or they are granted a fee waiver if they opt-in to the "Sqaak Home Marketplace" service to connect them with local partners.

In addition to the most recent partnership announcement Sqaak has previously announced a partnership with the Pennsylvania Assocaiton of REALTORS that introduced Sqaak to the 31,000 members of that organization.  Sqaak was founded by a Pennsylvania REALTOR - the details of that partnership were printed in the PAR news journal, PAR JustListed.  (http://www.parjustlisted.com/pennsylvania-realtor-launche...)

Sqaak will be working throughout the summer months to add new broker and escrow agent partners as well as travelling to industry events to speak with real estate professionals looking to get to a "fully paperless transaction".
