The property is an Eco lodge build with a Caribbean chic eco style using sustainably harvested farmed raised teak, eucalyptus, cane, recycled wood, just to name a few. All while adding to the social economics by purchasing direct from farmers and small local Nicaraguan artisans. The eight cabañas offers up to three guest per room. The rooms are beautifully appointed with teak king size beds, high quality linens, wood floors, gas hot water, modern organic spacious bathrooms, screened windows, wall mounted and floor fans providing fluid clean breezes, private outdoor space with hammocks, Nicaraguan artesian decor, mini fridge, and howler monkeys sounding off at just the right hour to keep you in tune with nature. The exterior is painted with vibrant colors and wood awakening your spirit as you arrive.
The hotel bistro will offer innovative and healthy true to flavor dishes. Pool is surrounded by wood decking which leads over to the 15 person yoga and fitness deck, offering full professional spa service while Thai massage will be on the meditation deck overlooking the estuary and enjoying a freeing experience. The sound of the waves are there as a background for guest to relax in a blissful moment of calm or taking a stroll down the beach where you can witness some of the best surfing waves in the world. Kids 10 and over are welcome. SoLost has been developed by Garry Lesesne and Deidre Frazee a dynamic marriage from New York / Charleston SC that shared a common vision, seeking new opportunities and moved to Nicaragua with their kids (Zion now 16, Sol now 14, Milan now 9) thirteen years ago to follow the "American Dream". Their passion for lifestyle has taken them from developing projects in the Corn Island on the country's Caribbean coast to the emerging gem of the pacific, La Costa Esmeralda.
