Bizarre Instructions by Christian Ministers can Bring Church Ridicule

OKLAHOMA CITY - June 16, 2016 - PRLog -- My eBook/book/audiobook on deeper things that hurt church attendees is titled: When Hurtful Things Happen in Christian Churches, which can be found on Amazon. This article is not intended to cast aspersions on The Christian Church (God forbid!), which in reality does not consist of buildings or names or denominations per se, but consists of a body of believers - "The Body of Christ" (1 Corinthians 12:27). Am I saying church attendance is unnecessary or even bad? Again, God forbid! I believe church can bring growth to one's walk with The Lord and provide them additional fellowship with other believers in addition to praise-worship to God. So why do I bring up these things I mention in the example subject of this article (following the heading below)? I do so because even if they are simply man-inspired conducts, they are distractions to potential new converts, some of which may turn away from visiting a Christ-centered church again.
