Patricia Giaquinto Joins NAIOP New Jersey as Chapter Administrator/Executive Assistant

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - June 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Patricia (Trish) Giaquinto has joined NAIOP New Jersey as Chapter Administrator and Executive Assistant, announced Michael McGuinness, CEO of the commercial real estate development association. In her role, she will replace Kathleen Keating Iola, who is retiring.

Giaquinto, a resident of Somerset, will manage office operations and provide support to the CEO. Her responsibilities include interaction with vendors, processing general inquiries, coordinating with IT consultants, event registration, Board meeting backup, maintaining calendars, ensuring adherence to  operating procedures and governance policies, and more. She previously served as Director of Marketing and Operations for Professional Women in Construction in New York City.

"Trish brings extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, including in a field closely related to commercial real estate, to the position," said McGuinness. "In that regard, she is exceptionally well-prepared for the challenges that lie ahead.

"At the same time, we wish Kathy well in her retirement," he said. "During her eight years with NAIOP New Jersey, she has effectively streamlined and improved office operations and has worked closely with consultants from SaxBST and Mercadien Technologies to institute best practices for accounting and modernize IT functions."
