BOSTON - June 15, 2016 - PRLog -- WHAT:          On Thursday June 30th, 2016 the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is teaming up with Dole & Bailey for a hands-on cooking class and conversation that seafood lovers will not want to miss. In "Slow Fish: Filet, Cook, Eat, Talk with Spencer Montgomery," Montgomery, Coordinator of Seafood Programs for Dole & Bailey and Northeast Oceans, will lead an interactive class dedicated to under-loved fish.

         The class will learn how to prepare varieties such as Perch, Pollock and Mackerel, in a hands-on cooking class before sitting down with Montgomery for a lively conversation about local and sustainable seafood while enjoying dinner. Can't stand the heat? Then stay out of the kitchen and join the BCAE for dinner and conversation only.
