Michael and Claudia Mondia had over 35+ combined years of consulting and sales experience in the business and industrial sector before they started WIT Enterprises in Miami, Florida in 1995. WIT (an acronym for Whatever It Takes),  management training, hiring and consulting company consulted and helped owners of both privately owned and publicly held companies in several industries, including the Music Industry.
