ECIPS Condemn ORLANDO Shootings

LONDON - June 13, 2016 - PRLog -- ECIPS CONDEMN ORLANDO SHOOTINGS

The President of the European Centre for Information Policy and Security (ECIPS), Ricardo Baretzky issued the following statement after the shooting in Orlando. "We strongly condemn the horrific shooting of innocent people of the Orlando in Florida.  This is a tragedy event.

We grieve with all of those who lost the loved ones and our heart is with all the People of America. My thoughts are with those who are injured by this act of terror. Let's stand up, join hands and not forget that the time will heel our wounds"

These are the words of comfort brought by the President Ricardo Baretzky of the ECIPS. The ECIPS further alluded to the fact that International Terror risks are on the sharp raise and that the biggest unknown threat is what it called the "Home Grown Terrorist"

The ECIPS published along with AGC communications Italy and 5 other international experts,an explosive terror risk report during December 2014 called the "Lo Stato Islamico".  This security risk Intelligence report has since proven to be factual a correct in historical recording since then. It is believed that ISIS is a much larger threat than believed by many countries and vastly underestimated as recently shown in the terror attacks that took place in Belgium and France.

The recent indicators indicates that the Islamic state has acquired a very high level of CYBER capability and that its very possible that the world wide web is being used as the main communicative factor in the recruitment of ISIS members. It is also believed based on studies that the majority of subjects recruited is under age and therefore cannot be simply apprehended or monitored as most agencies don't know who they might be, where they are or who they are. This is a very alarming factor considering that an invisible army exists on internet that poses a danger to children under age used in the recruitment and radicalization process of the Islamic State. This making young people of all kinds a target for radicalization against the nation states.

The ECIPS also announced that CYBERPOL has established a CYBERPOL RED SOC TEAM in the Middle East to assist in the fight against international atrocities against human and human rights.

This is an important strategic move as it is clear that Europe is not capable of fighting the Islamic State and radicalization with its present strategies in information attribution with other allies outside. Despite the good things done by CYBERPOL, the organization still endures a very strong resistance in internal political pressure within the EU to abstain of its objectives.

The President commented the following on this matter" CYBERPOL shall not bend nor give in to any political pressure both nationally and internationally. We are, and remain an objective organization that focus on our sole purpose of establishment, to bring together the coordination needed to root out international cyber threats. He warned and said that national governments in the EU who spark interference could face being boycotted from joining the CYBERPOL organization if they confer to try national influences and not abstain from such activities using their local agencies.
