DETROIT - June 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Amin Rajan, CEO of CREATE-Research and author of the report, Financial Literacy: Smoothing the path to improved retirement savings, states "Participants need objective, jargon-free, emotionally inspired education that shows how knowledge of investment basics can benefit their retirement nest egg."

Weyn LLC is the developer of a robo-financial wellness advisor that educates gamers on personal wealth concepts as they build fantasy business empires. Weyn LLC's robo-financial wellness advisor exposes gamers to the  concepts of banking, credit, entrepreneurship, insurance, investment, retirement planning, and estate planning. Ida Byrd-Hill, CEO of Weyn, LLC, "believes mobile gaming platforms can solve the financial stress and retirement poverty problem simultaneously. People, especially women, LOVE mobile video games." In fact 56% of gamers in 2015 are  moms ages 25-54 up from the 46% of women ages 25-54 Statista reported in 2014. "Gamification is more in its infancy stage" in terms of 401(k) development states"Heather Tredup, Associate Partner Aon Hewitt

Weyn LLC has developed a minimally viable prototype of their first game, My Jewel Empire, catering specifically to women. The Typical financial stressed employee is: Female Age 30-44 with Children and income under $60,000.  My Jewel Empire is a combination of 3 popular game genres- match 3 like candy crush, the casino and a city simulation - rolled into 1. Before gamers begin to acquire jewels, ingots, coins, cash and bricks in the Jewel Lab to buy the multiple businesses in the game, two characters, Keisha and Anna, introduce them to the bank and the concept of net worth.

My Jewel Empire teaches financial literacy as gamers gather resources to purchase different businesses such as a life insurance company, mutual fund house, a 401 k provider, a mortgage company, a health insurer and real estate firm amongst other affluent lifestyle businesses like jewelry factories, stores, boutiques, car dealerships, hair salons, art museums etc. Gamers will be able to  interact with different financial products as they build their Jewel Empire. Each business will have interactive selling some type of products providing an opportunity to discuss those products and concepts. The retirement plan company to discuss different plans, the mutual fund house will discuss mutual funds and asset allocation, a stock brokerage will discuss stocks and bond, a life insurance company will discuss life insurance and annuities.

Our goal is to draw players into the gaming world of financial choices and consequences where they will learn financial management skills while we will acquire data insights into the sources of employees' financial stress. Weyn LLC will utilize behavioral finance to identify employees' individual and collective behaviors within the game to supply corporate customers (HR Department and financial institutions)  with data to create a specific prescription tailored to correct those behaviors in real life.

In essence, Weyn LLC automates financial education, moving it from a classroom lecture into a mobile game format in the palm of an employee's hands. Employees can learn financial concepts in a fun entertaining method anytime, anywhere. "We are seeking to disrupt the delivery of financial education and financial wellness." states Ida Byrd-Hill. "I believe Weyn LLC has the ability to prevent employees from sliding into retirement poverty."

Ida Byrd-Hill and her team at Weyn LLC is looking to complete the full development of this game by October 2016. They are  seeking investors and companies to acquire product placement advertising in My Jewel Empire to fund the completion of this first app as to make an interactive product that truly simplifies financial education is quite complicated and costly.
