Singer/Songwriter Steve Bonino releases new album "Progress"

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. - June 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Steve Bonino is a one time child actor turned progressive art rock singer/songwriter. Based in Orange County, CA, "Progress" is Steve's third full length album which hits the streets July 1, 2016.

The main focus of this new album is exploring the frustration and choices we face in modern society. Featuring songs about alcoholism, Greek mythology, Confucius, unfulfilled love affairs, personal responsibilty, climate change, gun control, technology overload and Isis, the abum does not shy away from the hard subjects.

Songs from "Progress", in pre-release exclusively on 365 Radio Network/Midwest Broadcasting Group have already charted. "Confucius Says" is #1 on Indie 365 Radio and "A Call For Action" #4 on the Eagle Eye Bands Network.

Steve performs often with the band The Trip around the world and besides his solo work, records with the bands: Children Of The Moon, Zabocus and 7souls.

Prior releases by Steve include solo work: "Peace Rocks" and "The Peace Rocks Sessions", the debut self titled albums by "Children Of The Moon" and "Zabocus" as well as the self titled debut album and second album "Return" by the band Blue Plasma Orb. He contributed bass, vocals and songwriting to Peter Matuchniaks sophomore release "Destiny" and is currently in the studio recording the 7souls debut album as well as the sophomore release by "Zabocus".
