Network Packaging Partners Adds Industry Leaders to Serve Clients More Effectively

The company has recently brought on additional talent and expertise in order to position the company as the partner of choice for management consulting and flexible staffing solutions for client packaging needs across healthcare.

Kumar Nanavati joins NPP as Vice President of Business Development. In his new role Mr. Nanavati will assist NPP in connecting with thought leaders and decision makers in the pharmaceutical packaging business sector with a focus of providing flexible solutions necessary to meet each client's strategic initiatives. Mr. Nanavati held director level positions in packaging at Novartis, Pfizer and BMS. Nanavati brings over 30 years of industry experience and is globally recognized as one of the fathers of pharmaceutical packaging. Timothy Marsh joins NPP as Chief Marketing Officer and lead for the NPP pharmaceutical practice area. Mr. Marsh will continue to hold the position of Managing Director of Supply Chain Security Partners, a sister company to NPP. "With this appointment we are organized in a more effective manner to serve our diverse set of clients. Having established a beach head in medical device packaging throughout 2015, with Marsh's appointment he has already enabled us to expand into other areas of healthcare and new business sectors", noted Tim Early. "Marsh's expertise in anti-counterfeiting, serialization and business strategy is a real advantage for a rapidly growing company like ours." Clodagh Frank joins NPP as Executive Recruiter. In her new role Mrs. Frank will enable the organization to win the war on talent and bring the industry's most qualified individuals to NPP to serve our growing list of clients. Mrs. Frank has an MS in Human Resources from Villanova University and formerly served in human resources for Pfizer. "Mrs. Frank brings to our team valuable experience in talent acquisition.
