Treat dad to the best steak he's ever had with one of Preston's premium dry-aged cuts. What makes it so good? 60 day dry-aging breaks down collagens that toughen meat, and produces final protein that is exceptionally tender and flavorful. The process occurs on-site under carefully regulated conditions of temperature, humidity and air circulation. Guests may even visit the restaurant and view their beef in the dry-aging cooler.

Each cut is personally selected by Chef Charles Schwerd for color, marbling and texture. Once properly aged, butchering and trimming is completed for final preparation. Preston's dry-aging process ensures that when dad arrives to enjoy his meal it will truly be a one-of-a-kind experience. Dry-age orders must be placed in advance, and availability is limited.

Dry-aged or not, Preston's Signature "All Natural" steaks are carefully selected, prime hand cuts. Each steak is broiled to perfection and served on a sizzling hot plate to ensure the last bite is as hot as the first. All steaks are served with proprietary seasoning and topped with clarified butter. Preston's serves only the highest quality beef, free of any growth hormones or synthetic fertilizers. Preston's also offers a delicious selection of fresh seafood served mercury-free.

Top the meal off with a fine bottle from our selection of more than 120 wines, or toast dad with a special bottle of Glenlivet 25 year, or Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 20 year old Bourbon.

Private Dining options are also available for parties of 8 to 50. Specially designed menus, custom touches and personalized service will ensure dad's special day is unforgettable.

Preston's is located at the Citadel, at 8700 E. Pinnacle Peak Road, on the northwest corner of Pima and Pinnacle Peak. Father's Day hours are 4-10pm.
