DENVER - June 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Michael J. Valenta, founder of The 401(k) Doctor, announced that he has changed the name of his business, effective immediately, to Valenta Capital Management.

"The old company name did not properly reflect our full range of services and the expanded role we play in our clients' lives," said Valenta, who manages the Littleton-based company. Valenta has more than 28 years of experience and supports clients in two critical areas: 401(k) plan optimization and management for businesses; and financial planning and investment advisory services for high net worth individuals.

"Our individual investment advisory segment has grown dramatically over the years," continued Valenta. "The 401(k) Doctor brand simply did not convey the broader support we provide plan participants and high net worth individuals."

401(k) plan optimization and management remains a core focus for the company. The company also announced the relocation of its corporate offices from Littleton, CO to Northglenn, CO.
