In Focus Brands and Autonomy Distributors Successfully Exit International Export Division

NEW YORK - June 1, 2016 - PRLog -- In Focus Brands, the branded go-to-market experts and creatively-practical business accelerator, and their joint venture partner, Autonomy Distributors, the US Exporting Firm, have announced the sale of the 21-month old export division of Autonomy Distributors to their overseas partners.

As Autonomy Distributors is pivoted into its most successful markets-the startup and small business manufacturing, craft CPG/lifestyle brands' spaces, In Focus Brands today announced the completed sale of the sourcing, logistics and turnkey market acquisition IP system that was responsible for opening 6 countries in its first year in business.

The culmination of the sale was driven by increased interest in what had been built and a new direction in the US for the company. The sale of assets including the turnkey system made perfect sense for the company so that it could focus on creating strategic direction and distribution processes for their clients and explore new funding alternatives for small businesses.

We believe the future for us is in the distribution consulting arena and the funding space for startup and small business creators of products. In this space, consulting is a more economical resource for our clients than the cost heavy, actual shipping of products. The needed manufactured volumes to truly capiatlaize on our network made it prohibitive at times for our suppliers.  In Focus Brands built a great system of breaking markets and moving products from the US to the middle class around the globe which has been valuable but the best practices we have learned from this initiative are invaluable going forward to all companies that engage us."

Up next for the Autonomy Distributors and In Focus Brands' Joint Venture Teams, launching tiers of consulting services to accommodate all business phases, creating a new platform for funding and providing resources to the new ReStart Workshops being held this summer through our university network.
