Miller Homes Unveils Latest Development in Harrogate Borough

HARROGATE, U.K. - May 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Award winning housebuilder Miller Homes has opened the doors to its latest development in the Harrogate area of Yorkshire and is expecting strong sales as visitors try to secure their chosen home and plot early in the process.

Chene Hall, a small development of three, four and five bedroom homes is in the lovely rural community of Killinghall and its stunning show home is sure to delight visitors with its luxurious interiors. The development was proudly opened by two of the Yorkshire teams longest serving employees -  its site manager, Simon Ryan, who has 40 years' service with the company and Jan Hanaby Area sales manager who has 20 years.

Sadie was the lucky winner of a competition held in conjunction with the college to allow one of its BA (Hons) interior designers the chance to gain practical experience in designing a show home interior. Under the guidance of Miller Homes' interior designer Jeanette Holmes, Sadie's scheme has been brought to life as she has worked with Jeanette on each step of the process.

"Working with the Miller Homes team has allowed me to apply the classroom knowledge I have gained and it has been an entirely positive experience," said Sadie. "To see the finished product is a real delight and I hope it inspires those who visit the show home."

Jan concluded; "We have recently enjoyed success at two other developments in the vicinity and expect similar demand at Chene Hall. We hope to be able to help lots of buyers realise their house buying dreams and look forward to supporting them during their journey."

Chene Hall will comprise of 78, three, four and five bedroom homes and will bring more new homes to the area in addition to the 120 properties that the housebuilder has already constructed in the district. The construction of the development will be managed by the Yorkshire area's longest serving site manager, Simon Ryan, and customers will be guided through the viewing, reservation and sales process by Steve Foulis, sales adviser.
