Minacs Honored as Silver Stevie® Award Winner in 2016 American Business Awards

 
MILWAUKEE - May 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Minacs Marketing Solutions was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award in the Marketing Campaign of the Year category in the 14th Annual American Business Awards today.

The American Business Awards are the nation's premier business awards program. All organizations operating in the U.S.A. are eligible to submit nominations - public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word meaning "crowned," the awards will be presented to winners at a gala ceremony at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Monday, June 20.

More than 3,400 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Startup of the Year, Executive of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Live Event of the Year, and App of the Year, among others.  Minacs Marketing Solutions was nominated in the Marketing Campaign of the Year category for Automotive & Transportation. "This is a wonderful validation on the strategy, direction, and efforts of our Digital Marketing and Account Management teams, in delivering solutions for our clients that drive measurable business results." said Kevin O'Brien, Senior VP of MMS.

The winning campaign was designed and implemented for Mazda Canada, which was looking to boost test drives at their dealerships - by 20,000 to be exact - without offering costly discounts or incentives to drive traffic. Over a 6 month period in 2015, Minacs delivered a multi-channel marketing campaign including Facebook, Twitter and Display Ad retargeting to a custom segmented database of prospects. Consumers were invited to test drive via a highly optimized landing page, and Minacs was able to track performance of the campaign all the way to vehicle purchase. Over the life of the campaign, the test drive threshold was surpassed and 7% of the test drivers ended up purchasing a new vehicle! "The number of non-Mazda owners who took advantage of the offer, and ultimately bought a new Mazda vehicle was perhaps the biggest surprise to our entire team. More than 250 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year's Stevie Award winners.
