Indie Studio Announces Plans to use Debut Game to Raise Awareness For Stomach Cancer

REDMOND, Wash. - May 24, 2016 - PRLog -- Today, Dire Nerd Studios, an independent game studio based in Redmond, Washington announced its intentions to utilize its debut indie title, Gotta Go, as a platform for raising awareness for gastroenterological diseases.

Specifically, the studio has named No Stomach For Cancer, a research and awareness group based in Middleton, Wisconsin which focuses on stomach cancer.

A representative from Dire Nerd Studios had this to say:

"While our game plays on the humor of gastroenterological conditions we also recognize that these are real conditions that affect millions of people in their daily lives. As such we wanted to take the opportunity to use our game as a platform from which to raise awareness.

That is why we have chosen to use Gotta Go to raise awareness and support for these conditions and specifically, stomach cancer.
