PRLog -- According to a new book to be published by Houghton Press, Michael Joseph Jackson is not through with the world yet even though he is declared dead. As it is, Wayne Ricky Elson Rudder, the author of Love, Hurt, Pain & Magic With Michael Joseph Jackson, Flying Naked, Drug Confessions, The Pineapple is Green, Lifelines, The Outpouring, and other works and the unheralded lover of Michael Joseph Jackson from 1975 through 2015 has stated that the proof is overwhelming that Michael Joseph Jackson is not only alive, but is the terror which is terrorizing Yakima County and has been for many years. According to sources he has been at it since 1994 where children and adults both are afraid of something they call "Eat". Eat is a robotic device that is used to terrorize persons who have not been acting against any person at all. Apparently, all it takes is for the person to be alone and Black and the man who used to be Black, but turned White and then turned into a racist where there are currently Nazi sympathizers training at Neverland, the famed home of Michael Jackson. According to Rudder, in 2010 Jackson met with persons from the Bounty Hunters Association and hired Rick Digler of the Bailbondsman Association of Yakima and members of the American Foreign Legion and together they hatched a plot to kill Rudder. According to Rudder, this is the eighth time that Jackson has hired people to kill him and has spent a documented over 200,000,000 in bribes to keep him incarcerated and to keep track of him. Rudder, a noted Immigration Consultant, was lured to Yakima County by a call involving ten aliens who had been arrested by ICE and owned four houses including the one Rudder now lives in. It turned out that the homes were owned by Michael Joseph Jackson who then proceeded to place Rudder under torture. Rudder claims that Jackson, John Hereford, Claude E. Gordon, Rick Digler, Norman Sparks, a person who has eaten over three hundred people, and many others, paid by Jackson, has tortured him in Yakima County in the United States. If Rudder's charges are upheld, it would be the first case of torture inside the United States by state agency because Rudder claims that the Yakima Sheriff and the Yakima Police Department are forefront as Jackson's employees and the game called EAT is the rage of parsons who have a gripe but are too coward to face their persecutors. In the game, simple almost annoying questions are asked from remote locations and Jackson then, using a robotic implement that only money can buy and then inflicts injuries upon persons who pay for the action. They pay the Sheriff and the YPD to perform these acts and Jackson is de-facto Dictator over the region where nothing happens that he does not want happening. Jackson is purportedly hiding from persons he bilked on deals to provide a same robotic instrument and from investigators who are investigating the EAT game and its victims. Currently there are over 15,000 victims in Yakima County alone where the Mortician, Funeral Directors, and the entire County Government has been duplicit in murders by burying persons who are murdered as innocent deaths. The County has the highest incidences of deaths, higher than a City like San Francisco which has three times the population of Yakima. According to Rudder, Black people are the basic instrument for their repasts. The population of Blacks have gone from 11 percent to just 1.1 percent and they have not moved or died regularly. Rudder lives outside the City of Moxee and is the only Black within 14 miles. Rudder has called all federal agencies, spoken to the President and to other aides about this problem but they are all protected by Jackson and the story only widens from there. Pieces of Me, set to be published in September of 2016 will bring about indictments and probably the seizure of the Yakima County area to restore law and order since judges can't hear cases impartially, and the rest of the judiciary is so marked that it is impossible for Yakima to continue as a viable city. A look at the City's books would show that the Superior Court staff engaged in an illegal scam to bilk the state and federal government out of millions of dollars through a scheme whereby the County resided over deaths that Jackson created and then took the property of the victims and sold those properties. Just like the statistic involving the other areas of law, the County has more addicts than San Francisco, more money spent from the Federal Government than San Francisco and the deaths are just piling up and people will keep on dying and having lost limbs if Jackson and his crew are not stopped. According to Rudder, Jackson blames him for an accident which burned his hair from 45 miles away and PepsiCo took the blame and paid over 40,000,000 to Jackson over the year. The fraud schemes of Jackson included the recent suit against AEG for five billion where the singer was not even dead and is not dead today. The robotic instrument used by Jackson is not robotic at all but something that is far more interesting, a human extract that is concentrated and is fast in speed and is also intelligent. It can do anything and comes from the time of Cleopatra, a frequent Jackson companion these days. Norman Sparks of Moxee has reportedly stolen most of the Jackson fortune but has no money to show for it as he is blackmailed by the Sheriff and they receive the funds, they and YPD.
