Curo's 10th Anniversary Is Celebrated Tenfold For Charity

BROMSGROVE, U.K. - May 23, 2016 - PRLog -- The team at Curo is busy completing a series of exciting challenges for charities and fun to celebrate their 10^th year supporting local businesses and individuals with financial services. Their first challenge started with Chris Townsend's cycle ride across the Cotswolds raising money for the NSPCC, with further activities completed such as a 'Doggy Decathlon', golf day for New Hope Worcester, swimming a 'Memory Mile' for Alzheimer's Society and a Sight Concern 'Colour Run', to name just a few.

Now on challenge number 9, Curo are busy training for the Higgs & Sons football tournament in aid of the Stroke Association next month. Suzanne Blundell, Practice Development Manager at Curo explains why the team are so dedicated to the '10 for 10' mission - "We've always wanted to do something a bit special to mark our 10^th year in business and we're continually looking at ways to support local charities, hence the birth of our '10 for 10 mission'. Next month the nation will go football crazy for Euro 2016 in France, so it seems fitting to take part in a tournament ourselves, the Higgs & Sons football tournament in aid of the Stroke Association."

Suzanne adds "It was difficult to choose just one charity for us to support for our anniversary as our practice serves such as wide range of people who do so much good for the community. With this challenging schedule we hope to support as many charities as possible and I'm immensely proud of the team who have really embraced the 10 for 10 mission."
