Temac will take part to Drupa 2016

It is an international event, which every four years brings together the world of graphic arts and it will be in Düsseldorf from May 31st to June 10th . For the insiders it is known the importance that this event covers for the printing and plastics-paper processing industry.

The model on which the spotlight will be focused, the slitter MOD. ETS 162 IS, is not a simple double turret slitter: transformed from an innovative design, is developed to meet the needs of companies that, in respect of shrinking budgets, are looking for a flexible and automated production, with an interesting price / performance ratio.
All the machines of the series ETS, with the aid of specific software that manages all the phases of work, significantly reduce the machine downtimes, improving the performance and always ensuring reliability and versatility as well as an easy to use by the operator also less experienced. Equipped of independent unwinding unit, type shaftless, for mother reel with 1000 mm diameter, is completed with splice table. The two rewinding stations with automatic transmission, have 2 fully clutched shafts, for cores of 76 mm ID and with a minimum working width of up to 20 mm. The unloading of finished rolls, reaching max of 610 mm diameter, is made by lateral pusher, managed by the latest generation of digital vector inverters, with high efficiency and energy saving.
The machine allows to make quick format changes and offers great flexibility.
The ETS series boasts a maximum speed of winding 700 mt'min. With perfect precision cutting and a computerized management material tension control.
An innovative control station, equipped with a large and functional color display, allows the operator to have an overview of all processes going on with an Ethernet interface for the supervision of the machine by the computer system of the customer.
