Namibia Health Tourism Taps Leadership & Resilience Coach for First Learning Safari Programs

CENTRAL NAMIBIA, Namibia - May 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Jessi LaCosta, founder of BlueRio Strategies, is a Board-Certified Coach and Resilience Advisor and has been tapped by Namibia Health Tourism to lead their first official Learning Safaris this Fall - 2016.  Described on their site as " Removed from routine and distraction, this safari with added benefits promotes an inner journey for those seeking a "time out" to align strengths, opportunities and dreams - or to chart a new course." NHT Partner Dr. Colleen Braun reached out to Jessi LaCosta as the newest addition to the Leaning Safari offerings. The initial goals are for participants to: Create more meaningful work, Achieve stretch goals, integrating core values, life experience, and the opportunity for continued growth.

LaCosta of BlueRio Strategies kept these in mind when developing two programs  - part of her new Profound Journeys^© series and will offer them at The GocheGanas Luxury Lodge and Wellness Center (through NHT) this October. This 6000-hectare reserve in Namibia, Africa, features 25 different wildlife species and spectacular views, but is located only 29 kilometers from Namibia's capital, Windhoek - and a scenic 50 minute drive from Hosea Kutako International Airport. Program #1: Restore, Transform and Thrive, is a personal Learning Safari /life coaching retreat that inspires participants to build their personal purpose and live a more resilient life. There are limited slots  - (10 people total, with double-occupancy/shared rooms). The main focus of this retreat is to Find and Define a personal purpose, unveil a personal brand as a means to express that purpose and uncover and develop improved life-planning strategies. This life coaching retreat and renewal vacation allows guests to find renewal and rejoice in all you are and can be.

Program #2: BlueRio's Lead & Thrive: A Leadership and Resilience Certification Course with an additional focus on Capacity Building, This is an immersive Coach Training is both a personal and professional Learning Safari. Participants will acquire the foundations for professional coaching, build coaching skills, increase confidence to work with clients who pose challenging and exciting circumstances. They will also identify personal and professional purpose along with developing the tools needed to assist others with life and career management and mapping. *In-person training is followed by an online, private portal where students continue to engage with the cohort to complete the training. Once all requirements are met- participants earn a designation as Certified Leadership and Resilience Coach [CLRC] There are limited slots  - (10 people total, with double-occupancy/shared rooms).
