Los Cabos and Baja California Sur Welcoming Several New Mega Projects

LOS CABOS, Mexico - May 14, 2016 - PRLog -- The Four Seasons is coming to Baja!

It's official, according to Robb Reports breaking news!  In 2018 Four Seasons will open it's first property in Los Cabos.  The 145 room retreat with 5 star amenities will be located in the Costa Palmas Development of La Ribera.  The resort will feature an 18 hole Robert Trent II golf course, an international marina that can accommodate yachts up to 250 feet and a Marina Village with boutiques and cafes.  Looks like La Ribera has finally hit the big time.

Solaz , the mega project located on the carretera is cranking out sales and construction.  The news just in.  They are only days away from unveiling the first model home.

Chileno Bay update.  Bald Mountain is out and Discovery Land is in.  Snell Real Estate the exclusive agent for the Chileno Bay project reports over $60,000,000 in sales and new contracts since Christmas and the pace is expected to continue with the Discovery Land Company acquisition.
