Tina Albright Joins Day Pitney, Expanding the New York Trusts and Estates Practice

NEW YORK - May 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Day Pitney LLP announced today that Tina Albright has joined the firm as a partner in the Trusts and Estates Practice in the New York office. She joins from Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.

Albright advises wealthy families on how to protect and preserve their wealth for multiple generations. She also advises individuals on wealth transfer planning and drafts implementing documents such as wills, trust and corporate/ partnership and LLC agreements. She advises non-U.S. settlors and off-shore fiduciaries on establishing, funding and administering foreign trust structures.

Albright's arrival follows the addition of seven Trusts and Estates attorneys to the firm through Day Pitney's merger with Florida-based law firm Chapin, Ballerano & Cheslack in January 2016. Day Pitney's prestigious Trusts and Estates practice has over 60 attorneys, making it one of the largest and most sophisticated trusts and estates practices in the country.

Albright earned her J.D. from Boston University, her LL.M, Taxation from New York University School of Law and her B.S. from Hunter College. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
