GSF Mortgage Welcomes Well-Versed USDA Team in Missouri

JOPLIN, Mo. - May 12, 2016 - PRLog -- GSF Mortgage is pleased to welcome Branch Manager Brandon Campbell and Mortgage Loan Originator David Campbell to the team in Joplin, Missouri. They both join TeamGO with 16 years of mortgage industry experience. Brandon Campbell holds a business degree from Missouri Southern State University. Throughout college and beyond, he worked at a local bank and a family friend offered him an opportunity to open up his own office.

David Campbell joined the business in 2000. He was a real estate agent and eventually transitioned to into the mortgage industry and became a branch manager. In 2012, he moved to Alabama and recently decided to move back to Missouri and re-enter the business.

The Campbells specialize in USDA Rural Housing loans, the only zero money down loan available today for non-veteran borrowers. They "serve the underserved", meaning that they serve customers that do not have access to big lenders. They also take the time to identify where their borrowers are in the homebuying process and help them obtain the dream of homeownership - even if they don't qualify for a home within the next 30 or 45 days.
