NAPBS Launches Newly Redesigned Website
"We are very excited to unveil our new website redesign. Fitting with our mission of advancing excellence in the screening profession, our site will be a great tool for NAPBS members, consumers, end-users and regulators, providing easy access to information and connection within the community, and increasing visibility as the trusted global authority for the screening profession,"
The new home page of the NAPBS website offers quick navigation to resources for the public, including an overview of background screening and resources for consumers, individuals who may be subject to a background check. On the home page, visitors will also be able to see at a glance upcoming NAPBS events, recent association news and legislative alerts, along with a preview of recent discussions on the new NAPBS community forums. Media looking for resources or a contact person to assist with fact checking about the screening industry will also have streamlined access.
An important feature of the new website is the completely redesigned NAPBS Resource Library. With advanced search capabilities, the public and members alike now can easily find important resources by utilizing keywords and may narrow results by filters such as document type, resource type, and originating chapter or committee. Visit www.NAPBS.com for access to the NAPBS Resource Library.
The NAPBS community forums are a discussion area for members all over the world to easily connect on topics related to the screening industry, including compliance, NAPBS Accreditation, tenant screening, drug screening and many more. Members can ask questions, share resources, and assist other screening colleagues. Members also can access the enhanced "MyNAPBS" member landing page to easily update profile information, access the member directory, publications, member advisories, affinity programs and more.
The website redesign comes on the heels of the successful 2016 NAPBS Mid-Year Legislative & Regulatory Conference and the 2016 NAPBS Advocacy Day held in Washington, D.C., April 3-6, 2016.
The National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS) is the leading national resource for issues related to the background screening profession.
