PRLog -- It's common for good employees to be promoted to a supervisory or managerial position, then struggle to meet the expectations senior leadership has for them. Often that's because, while they are good at the technical aspects of the job, they receive little if any training in leading the people they are now responsible for.
The Daedalus Group will offer Leadership Boot Camps in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Denver, Colorado. The Leadership Boot Camp is an intense, 3-day workshop specifically designed to help supervisors and managers learn the basics of being effective leading their teams.
The Boot Camps will be offered in Indianapolis, Indiana July 12 - 14, Albuquerque, New Mexico September 20 - 22, 2016 and in Denver, Colorado October 4 - 6, 2016.
