Bobbitt Starts Construction on Tech Company's New N.C. Home

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. - May 10, 2016 - PRLog -- Bobbitt Design Build recently began construction on a 25,000-square-foot, multi-phase project for RoviSys' North Carolina office at 480 Green Oaks Parkway in Holly Springs.

The Bobbitt team worked with RoviSys - a leading independent provider of integrated strategies, systems and services that advance the performance of industrial processes and companies - to create a fun and productive workspace for its growing team of technical professionals.

"Our new facility will provide a better work environment with room to continue growth," said RoviSys CEO John Robertson. "We will be well positioned to better serve clients throughout the Southeast."

Originally located in Apex, the new Holly Springs office will have much more space for designing and engineering process control systems. Located on a 10.8-acre site, the structure will feature a unique exterior with attractive masonry and architectural accents. RoviSys personnel can expect an abundance of natural light, a fitness room, and exterior courtyards and landscaping.

Bobbitt created an effective site design for phase one of the project and future phase two of the building expansion, while keeping phase one of construction affordable. Bobbitt built the current RoviSys location in Apex, and the design-build company was again selected as the general contractor and architect of this project due to its track record of high-quality, value-oriented design build services.

The project will be completed in fall 2016. RoviSys is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, and has other offices in Boston, Houston, Singapore, and Amsterdam.
