NORWALK, Conn. - May 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Advantage International, a sponsorship and brand experience agency, has been recognized with two Ex Award honors along with clients, Hyundai Motor America and LG Electronics USA. The Ex Awards, the world's largest and most prestigious recognition program for experiential marketing and awarded by Event Marketer magazine annually, are judged in 23 categories and award an Ex, Gold and Silver honor in each. The 2016 Awards were announced at the Ex Awards Gala on May 4th in Denver, CO.

Hyundai and Advantage were recognized with a Silver Ex Award in the "Best Sports Activation" category for Hyundai's Super Bowl 50 activation. At Super Bowl 50 in San Francisco, Hyundai activated a fleet of 10 metallic gold-wrapped vehicles and three onsite footprints: Hyundai NFL Legends Zone at NFL Experience, Hyundai Blue Drive Lounge at Super Bowl City and Hyundai Game Day Zone at Game Day Fan Plaza. Hyundai's Super Bowl City activation was previously named the "Best Legacy of Change" recipient by the Super Bowl 50 Host Committee.

"Winning an Ex Award and the Cynopsis Sports Media GEM Award capped an incredibly successful year in sports and experiential marketing for Hyundai, including our first as an official NFL sponsor," said Trea Reedy, Senior Group Manager of Experiential Marketing at Hyundai Motor America. "We are hard at work to continue elevating our sponsorships and bringing our NFL theme of a better fan experience to life."

LG Electronics and Advantage were recognized with a Silver Ex Award in the "Best Single Market Event (Consumer)" category for the LG Training Facility at Final Four Fan Fest. At the 2015 Final Four Fan Fest in Indianapolis, LG presented an all-new immersive activation, titled The LG Training Facility, featuring 30+ LG products across the Home Entertainment, Home Appliance and Mobile Handset divisions.
