Follow on Google News | Family Promise To Host Inaugural Bed RaceThe Race to End Homelessness is planned for Saturday, Sept. 17
Each bed symbolizes the emergency shelter we provide to families experiencing homelessness, and all proceeds will benefit our mission. "We've served more than 1,100 families since we began, but homelessness affects all of us, and it will take the full community to reach a long-term solution," said Allie Card, executive director of Family Promise. "This is an exciting opportunity to come together for a day of family fun to help our neighbors in need." The race will be 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17, in Stapleton's Conservatory Green Park and Plaza.
