Quiet on the Set Magazine traffic hits record high

Film, arts and entertainment source has more than 110K page views

WASHINGTON - May 4, 2016 - PRLog -- Quiet on the Set Magazine received more than 110,000 page views in April 2016, according to online web host iPage. This is the highest online traffic since its launch on July 7, 2015.

It is currently published on a quarterly basis at www.quietonthesetmagazine.com with special editions published throughout the year. Its online readership is projected to grow through integrated social media efforts, new distribution methods, and exclusive interviews with indie and celebrity artists and entertainers.

In its first year of circulation the magazine staff covered film and music festivals all over the nation, including the March on Washington Film Festival, Urbanworld Film Festival, African Diaspora International Film Festival, DC Shorts Film Festival, American Black Film Festival, BlackStar Film Festival, SXSW Music Festival, and Yard Status Music Fest.

The editorial staff consists of a powerhouse of writers who have interviewed a wide range of entertainers, including Patti LaBelle, George Clinton, Dewey Hughes, Sonia Sanchez, Maxi Priest, Maysa, Crystal Aikin ("Sunday's Best"), Jacob Latimore and many others.

"Our editorial staff pitch some of the most innovative content, which makes it easy for me," said Chief Media Correspondent and Co-Editor Darryl Rembert. "It's this kind of thinking and energy behind content development that keeps our magazine fresh and entertaining."

The publisher envisions the magazine to continue its exponential growth. This will be achieved through strong partnerships, continued attendance to film and music festivals and selection of the best content for its valued readers.

"It's a joy to see the vision of Quiet on the Set Magazine come to life," said Erik Humphrey, founder and publisher. "Our readers are providing feedback that assures us that the content is what they want to see. We are also getting feature requests on a daily basis, which allows us to share the stories of independent artists that may never get the exposure they deserve."
