By exporting the schedules as .XER or .XLS, users have immediate access to all project information with graphical representations of activities, cost, resources and budget status. On a resource level, users can now see the role of the resource, the resource shifts and also check the resource notes.

Users can see the resource hierarchy that reflects their organization's resource structure and monitor the assignment of resources to activities. With the new Organization Breakdown Structure View (OBS), users can display the organizational relationships and then use them for assigning work to resources in a project. Seavus Primavera Reader 1.1 comes with yet another view for roles in the company, by providing a concise view of the roles or all resources working on a particular project, or a project portfolio in the company.
