PHOENIX - May 3, 2016 - PRLog -- Encanto Living owned by Justin Johnson, is beginning construction on its new Moon Valley-area single-family community. The 29-home infill development, called Encanto Moon Valley, is one of the first in the area since the economic recovery and one of three such planned communities where the homes are being designed with a historic feel, amenities and price point to appeal to the millennial generation.

Located just north of 7th Street and Thunderbird at 702 E. Roberts Road in Phoenix, Encanto Moon Valley has three floor plans ranging from 1,640 - 1,932 square feet. Each home has three-bedrooms with two and half baths as well as an attached garage. In addition, the community will provide residents with social amenities, including a community fire pit and open space.  In-home amenities include granite counter tops, contemporary painted cabinets, and tile flooring.

Councilman Bill Gates is joining the development team for the groundbreaking of Encanto Moon Valley on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 8:30am. Models and sales office for the new community open by September 2016. Old World Communities is the general contractor, Bobby Lieb with Homesmart is the designated broker, and Pathangay Architects is the architect for the community.

"People are tired of driving into a new subdivision and seeing the same home with the same paint color replicated throughout the neighborhood" said Justin Johnson, Owner of Encanto Living. "My generation, in particular, is looking for a home that stands out from the rest and located in close proximity to their work, restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities, but without a down payment that is typically in the range of $70,000 - $80,000.  I was inspired by my own neighborhood near downtown Phoenix and worked closely with our architect and finance partner-BNC Bank-to offer an affordable home with a historic-look at each Encanto Living community," he added.

"Homebuilders are working hard to figure out how to market to millennials," said Mark Rutter, with BNC Bank. "Who better to know what the millennial generation wants than a millennial homebuilder?  Unique homes that resemble the historic neighborhoods, and most offered for less than $300,000. Its difficult to find something this creative in the City of Phoenix in that price range," he added.
