HB McClure Acquires Dillsburg's Mainhart Mechanical, LLC

HARRISBURG, Pa. - April 29, 2016 - PRLog -- HB McClure Company, central Pennsylvania's oldest and most diverse commercial and residential mechanical contractor, announces the acquisition of Dillsburg, PA's Mainhart Mechanical, LLC.

Mainhart Mechanical-a family-owned and operated mechanical contractor that specializes in residential plumbing, heating, and air conditioning repair, installation, and construction services-officially announced it will be closing its doors on April 28, 2016.

Todd Mainhart, who founded the business in 2004, identified HB McClure as the top acquisition partner due in large part to HB McClure's reputation for providing a wide range of quality services at fair prices with a highly-skilled team. HB McClure will also retain Mainhart Mechanical's ongoing residential service contracts.

This acquisition marks HB McClure's 11^th since 2010. The company now has over 400 employee-owners and a fleet of over 200 service trucks working out of Harrisburg, Hershey, York, and now Dillsburg.
