Anubhuti Affordable Awas Yojna:

Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has decided to offer 128 residential units under the Anubhuti Scheme. The registration for purchasing of the housing units started from 1st January 2016 and continued till 30th January 2016.

Now coming to the features of the flats offered under the Anubhuti Scheme, the flats are all earthquake resistant. They are strategically located just 5 kms away from Charbagh Railway Station. Lucknow university is also not too far from this resdential complex. While the CSM Medical College is about 4 Kms from the property, Hajratganj Market and Ameenabad Market are not more than 6 to 7 kms away. The plus point for this residential project is that all the housing units are constructed within a vast expanse of green and peaceful area.

The authorized bank branches of the following banks offered application forms for registration on payment of Rs. 525:

1.        UCO Bank: Lucknow Development Authority, Lalbagh Branch, Vistar Patal Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

2.        Oriental Bank of Commerce: Munshipuliya, Indira Nagar, Lucknow.

3.        Indian Overseas Bank: Kanpur Road Yojana, Gomti Nagar Ashiyana, Vivek Khand, Lucknow.

4.        Canara Bank: Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

5.        HDFC Bank: Hazratganj, Lucknow.

Applicants were also allowed to download the application forms by visiting the official site of Lucknow Development Authority. In the instance of downloading, the application form fee had to be submitted at the time off registration submission.

LDA Srijan Affordable Housing Scheme 2016:

This housing scheme is at Sector-B, Lucknow, under Priyadarshini Yojna. Under this scheme, 144 apartments are being offered for registration. The flats available here are constructed in G+10 and G+9 types. For offline registration,the form had to be collected within 1st January 2016 to 30th January 2016. Interested people were laso allowed to collect application forms online. In this case, the application form needs to be downloaded by visiting the official site of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA). The registration value of a single unit is just 5% of the total estimated price of the flat.

Just like the flats under Anubhuti Affordable Awas Yojna, the housing units under DA Srijan Affordable Housing Scheme 2016 are also earthquake resistant. They are also laid across a lush green area, free of city pollution. These apartments are in proximity to the Charbagh Railway Station and Lucknow University. CSM Medical College is also a stone's throw away from these apartments.

Applications for the scheme were available in the same banks and branches where application forms for the Anubhuti Scheme were given. The forms were available on payment of Rs.525. Visiting the website of the Lucknow Development Authority would show you if you are eligible for the application.
