Fashion Week Brooklyn F/W2016 Season Finale!

NEW YORK - May 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Fashion Week Brooklyn (FWBK), the Official Fashion Week of the Borough, and the most diverse fashion show within the industry, recently closed its Fall/Winter 2016 season with a show-stopping emerging designers collection at East of Hollywood in Brooklyn. The FW 2016 season's lineup featured designers from Alaska, India, Mexico, Korea, Germany, the Middle East and the United States. The fashionable event's "invite-only "guest list included 400+ industry insiders, with a special performance by Yut and the Hot Four, Sienna Thornhill and Belgium Opera singer Katrin Bulke, along with NYC fashion influencers and Bollywood film star and model Prakash Patil sitting front row.

Designers who made their FWBK debut, included Mexico's Paulo Succar, Saba Pervaiz, THABTO, SAKU, Shaman Furs, Vino Supraja, Olga Gergel, Shaima Eshawy for RIVLIED NYC, and CFDA-endorsed designer LEEOH L (https://www.notjustalabel.com/designer/leeoh).

LEEOH redefines modern menswear with originality and boldness,"- said The Style Almanac.

Since its debut in 2006, FWBK has made Brooklyn "the" international destination of choice for emerging designers within the local community and abroad, to showcase their collections. Even the industry's most coveted fashion designers such as Alexander Wang, and Christian Dior have showcased their collections in the Borough of Brooklyn since then.

Unlike NY Fashion Week (http://www.fashionweekbrooklyn.com) which focuses only on major designers, FWBK's fashion week brings together the community, emerging designers, and the glamorous world of high fashion like no other. This was truly a season not to be missed.
