Zapproved Launches Fourth Annual Legal Hold and Data Preservation Benchmark Survey

PORTLAND, Ore. - April 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Zapproved, Inc. a pioneer in developing cloud‐based software for corporate legal departments, today announced the opening of the fourth annual Legal Hold and Data Preservation Benchmark Survey, the industry's most extensive yet efficient survey series focused on legal data preservation and collections practices.

The survey is designed to:

• Shed light on how organizations manage and oversee legal holds and data preservation
• Elicit perspectives from professionals in different roles across a variety of organizations and industries
• Illustrate how the associated risks, attitudes and processes in this area continue to evolve

All survey participants (and their organizations) remain anonymous, and will receive exclusive access to the data, the resulting report, and webinar.  The research will be shared with policy and rule-making bodies so they have a current overview of the impact of legal preservation.

For each complete survey, Zapproved will donate $5 to Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), an organization that supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so every abused or neglected child in the United States can be safe, have a permanent home and the opportunity to thrive.
