Celebrate Father's Day with Carlisle Events and the GM Nationals

CARLISLE, Pa. - April 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Carlisle Events was founded by two friends and to this day is still family owned and operated.  Family, in fact, is such an important part of the company's business model, that a slogan of Carlisle Auctions states that with Carlisle Auctions, you're not just a number, you're a part of the family.  Since day one in 1974, family has come first for Carlisle Events and that theme continues in 2016 as part of the Carlisle GM Nationals.  With the new event weekend falling on Father's Day in June, it's only natural that the Carlisle family embrace family; all families for Dads and Doughnuts.

The 2016 Carlisle GM Nationals run June 17-19 and while the entire weekend is very much a family friendly outing with special displays, monster truck rides, tasty food and kids 12 and under admitted for free, it's the Sunday fun that has Carlisle Events inviting dads, sons, daughters and families of all backgrounds to the Carlisle Fairgrounds.  Dubbed Dads and Doughnuts, Sunday June 19 includes special pricing, souvenir Father's Day photos with the family, a collectible event themed sticker, doughnuts from Duck Donuts of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and more.  Families are encouraged to visit the Guest Services building for a FREE photo and frame as a special way to remember the day.  For the kids on Sunday only, Carlisle Events will offer FREE monster truck rides.  The free ride coupons are also available at Guest Services for kids 12 and under to ride the Predator Ride Truck with dad.

Another plus to visiting on Father's Day is the special pricing for show cars and gate attendees.  All dads registering a GM show car will get themselves, the car and all passengers into the show for just $15 ($40 if registering during a normal/non promotional event day). Along with this special price, registered show cars will receive a coupon for free coffee and doughnuts in Guest Services (this applies to all show cars, not just Sunday registrations).  Everyone is encouraged to swing by on the 19^th between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to have breakfast on Carlisle Events!  Finally, if hopeful attendees don't own a GM branded car, that's perfectly fine.  Instead of $15 for a car and a car load of family and friends, $10 gets everyone through.  It's that simple!
