Wellbeing Practice has launched in Wimborne, providing support for the health and wellbeing of people in the Dorset area. It offers programmes for stress and anxiety related conditions through to weight management, stopping smoking and personal development within a friendly, professional environment.

The Practice is led by Ian Smith, a qualified hypnotherapist with more than 20 years' experience. Ian is passionate about understanding how an individual's thinking can affect their behaviour and unlocking the power they have within themselves to address their issues.

Ian Smith said: "Latest research from the Office for National Statistics* shows that despite improving health, an increasing number of people - particularly women aged between 45 to 54 - are suffering with anxiety or depression. The pressures of balancing work, family and increasingly hectic lifestyles can begin to take their toll.
